PYRC #56: Broiled Potstickers

Snacketizer time! Or maybe just dinner when you're not that hungry, have no other Asian things to cook and have a bag of frozen potstickers in your freezer. This Pinterest recipe is for broiled (not fried) potstickers.

  • Bag of frozen potstickers (any kind)
  • 2T Rice wine vinegar
  • 2T Soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 tsp sriracha or other chili sauce
  1. Boil your potstickers till they float to the top.
  2. Drain them and then place them on an oiled, foil-lined cookie sheet (or just use a silpat mat).
  3. Broil them till they're golden brown.
  4. Mix your dipping sauce - vinegar, soy sauce, hot sauce.
  5. Dip and eat!

Simple recipe. Yummy snack. Plate was gone. Love me some potstickers. May have to try a more fancy pantsy recipe next.
